MEZCAL ESPADÍN
Age: 10 Years
ABV: 46%
Espadín– Our Espadín mezcal is crafted from Agave angustifolia, the most iconic and widely used agave in Oaxaca. With its sword-like leaves and high sugar content, Espadín matures in just 7 to 10 years—making it both resilient and ideal for mezcal production. Roasted in underground pits and distilled using time-honored methods, it delivers a well-balanced flavor profile: earthy, slightly sweet, with smoky undertones and hints of citrus, herbs, and spice. Far from ordinary, Espadín mezcal is the soulful backbone of the mezcal world—rooted in tradition, crafted by families, and built to honor generations of heritage.

MEZCAL TOBALA
(LIMITED EDITION)
Age: 15 Years
ABV: 46%
Tobala – Our Tobala mezcal is crafted from the rare Agave potatorum, a wild agave that thrives in the shaded canyons of Oaxaca’s highlands. Taking 12-15 years to mature, Tobala’s small size and remote growing conditions make it one of the most prized agaves in mezcal. The result is a limited-production spirit made using time-honored artisanal methods—roasted in earth pits, crushed with a tahona, and distilled in copper stills.
